Which countries do you currently ship to?
We ship to every country around the World. We currently offer free delivery and returns for purchases over £250. All orders are shipped with FEDEX or DHL unless specified otherwise.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days (once the payment clears) unless the order is placed during the weekend. It will take between will take between 3-10 days to arrive depending on your location. We recommend that you indicate a work address if you would prefer to have it sent there instead of your billing address.

Tracking number and other shipping information will be provided once you order has been processed.
How do I know when my delivery will arrive?
Once we’ve dispatched your order, we will e-mail you to confirm dispatch and delivery details .
You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all products to ensure that they are legal for importation prior to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays.
If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order minus the shipping fee. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue a refund to you.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It might take a few days for the balance to appear in your account depending on the bank, credit card company or payment provider.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
